Service Description: One-Way Transfer A safe, private, and comfortable ride for your pet to any Brisbane destination. Whether it’s a trip to the groomers, the airport, or a drop-off at daycare, we provide a specialised "pet-first" transport service in our climate-controlled vehicle. No crowded vans, just one-on-one care from door to door. How to Book: Select Your Zone: Choose the zone based on your pickup suburb (see our Zone Guide below). Check the Time: If your booking is during rush hour (7:00–9:30 AM or 4:00–6:00 PM), please select the 'Peak Traffic Fee' add-on. Need a Hand? If you need us to wait with your pet or if the drop-off requires more than 10 minutes of assistance, please add a 'Wait Time' block. 📍 Quick Zone Guide: Zone 1 ($45): Wellington Point, Ormiston, Capalaba, Cleveland Zone 2 ($55): Thornlands, Birkdale, Manly Zone 3 ($75): Victoria Point, Sheldon, Tingalpa, Wynnum Out of Town Transfers - Airport to Gold Coast. Please call or text us for a quote. Final price may be adjusted if the incorrect zone is selected. For return trips, please book our 'Ride, Wait & Return' service. 🐱 Important for Cat Owners: To keep your cat calm and safe, they must be inside a secure carrier before pickup. If you don't have a cage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange one for your trip.
Cancellation Policy
Wellington Pet Taxi: Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking & Payment Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation email from us. Pricing: Prices are based on the Pickup Suburb Zone selected at checkout. If the incorrect zone is selected, we reserve the right to adjust the final invoice. GST: All prices are inclusive of GST. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date. Less than 24 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover lost routing and scheduling time. No-show (10 mins after arrival): The full service fee is non-refundable. 3. Health & Safety (The "Aussie Standard") Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on core vaccinations (e.g., Vanguard +5 for dogs). Restraint: For safety, all pets must travel in our provided specialised crates or be secured by a pet-approved harness/seatbelt. All cats must be inside a cage during their time with Pet Taxi, incl pick up, travel, drop off. Cat Safety: For their own protection and to prevent escapes, all cats must be secured in a suitable carry cage before we arrive. Cats must remain in their cage during pickup, transit, and until they are safely inside their destination. We cannot transport "free-roaming" cats in the cabin under any circumstances. 🐱 Important for Cat Owners: To keep your cat calm and safe, they must be inside a secure carrier before pickup. If you don't have a cage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a rental for your trip. Temperament: We reserve the right to decline transport for aggressive or highly reactive animals that pose a safety risk to the driver or vehicle. 4. Liability & Insurance Care & Skill: We guarantee to provide our services with "reasonable care and skill" as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Owner’s Risk: While we take every precaution, pets with pre-existing medical conditions or elderly pets travel at the owner’s risk. Veterinary Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during transit, we will take your pet to the nearest vet. All associated vet costs remain the responsibility of the owner. 5. Cleaning Fee A $50 cleaning fee may be charged for significant "accidents" (e.g., sickness or heavy soiling) that require professional sanitization before the next passenger can board.
